Secret009Kalacs:Kurtos Kalac at Publika

Secret009Kalacs is located in Publika near Eat Village GF and they are famous for traditional Hungarian Wedding Pastry which is called "Kurtos Kalac". 

There are few types of flavour to choose from; peanut, coconut, cinnamon, dark chocolate, almond and original.This is my second visit and this time I'm trying out dark chocolate.

It taste like a bread but the outer layer is crispy  and the dark chocolate powder is sheered on it. You can feel the crispiness due to the sugar coating and if you dip it with the fruit dip is taste da "BOMB"!

Here is the fruit dip I think they mix few types of fruit they have another savoury dip which is garlic dip that taste good too with original flavours.

The bake it on the spot! You can see the process of it too.

I still prefer original flavour! If you like to try the crispiness of it eat it under room temperature and if you take away it will be soft like a bun and you cant feel how crispy is the sugar coating is.

They only offer half loaf of Kurtos Kalac during the weekday,while on the weekend you need to buy the whole loaf of Kurtos Kalac and it makes you real full!

Osteria Real Blue Solaris Dutamas Publika

Osteria RealBlue is an Italian restaurant that serve real good Italian authentic food. Bring boyfie to try it out since I wanted him to try their risotto coz he loves to eat risotto and is his birthday dinner as well. 

Osteria RealBlue is just located above paparich and if you are in Publika is just out the Nando's exit on your right hand side.

The lady boss Sherry and staff great us with a warm welcome and she also ask our opinion on what type of dish we would like to eat.  Also taste and preference so she can recommend to us their best dish.  Is really helpful since some of the menu is written in Italian word we cant really know what's the dish is really about.

We are served with white breads and they have one special sauce that look like our Malaysian sambal but Sherry said that she learn to cook this sauce from the Italians, weird right? coz is really taste like ours and they use anchovies to cook it. sorry no picture missed snapping it.

Gamberi Con Prosciutto

This is our appetizer it is scallop wrapped with bacon cooked with garlic oil I guess and wow the sauce really amazed us when we dip our bread to go with it. The scallop was so fresh and is a big one indeed.

Ravioli di Pesce

This is what I ordered is basically a type of pasta with saffron sauce  that look like "wantan" hahaha for the filling have seafood in it and I really can taste the freshness of the fish not sure what fish they use but is taste really good.

Risotto Tartufo

Next is the Risotto Tartufo is basically "Risotto with Truffle". The taste is really nice and savoury. Hard to describe it hahahah... I think they really cook a good risotto! Will try their others type of risotto on next my visit!

Panna Cotta

Received this  dessert treat from Sherry because of my boyfie birthday. Is an gelatin dessert with blueberry & Hershey chocolate sauce on it. Like the texture is really soft.

The Red Bean Bag (Publika)

Finally stepped my foot to The Red Bean Bag (Publika)

Notice no red bean bag and the  menu non of the item is related to red bean LOLz

Been craving for a classic French toast ever since back from bangkok for their After You Dessert The fresh fruits consist of banana & strawberry and it is very nice I would say! The toast is layered with almonds and I feel it is very healthy for a kick start for breakfast! This cost RM13.90 is kinda pricey for a slice of bread but is really nice.

Eggs Atlantic the most ordered breakfast when I was waiting for me Q to get in thus I would give it a try because I never had smoked salmon for my breakfast before. Poached egg was a bomb! it melt right away once we poke it! The portion was descent this cost RM 17.90.

Seaweed Risotto is damn nice too! their scallop is bigger than my eye ball! LOL 

This cost RM29 the portion is kinda little T_T

Anyway still enjoy their food is quite nice to have a brunch there.

G-STICK at Publika

G-stick is a kiosk located beside Ben's general food store! 

I was attracted to the bright yellow heart shaped g-stick which is mango flavour. This G-stick taste super nice! Once you bite it; you can taste the freshness of the mango and is not hard like others stick ice cream as their inner side are kinda soft and the taste is so fruitful.

Also tried another flavour which is Rocky road. Very chocolatey flavoured;on the above part of the G-stick it is dark chocolate flavoured while below is normal milk chocolate. It is a combination of dark and milk chocolate in this G-stick.

Will try their pistachio flavour next time! 

Namoo Publika

WOW that's a long name I guess... But they are really on the park!! you can bring kids to play on their park ^_^

Looks slimy the taste errr swetet potato taste does not really fancy it plus it comes with ice cream vanilla ice cream I think it is nestle vanilla ice cream.

Wanna try out their pumpkin cake next time I think I would like tat even more !

Overall I will come back for their dessert not their main course I guess Hahahaha~~

What to eat in Publika? Ben's General Food store, S.wine, The Bee ?

Thinking about to eat for your lunch /dinner in place like Publika?

Here I would like to share what I have eat in Publika ^_^ 

Basically my very first attempt is to try out journal / plan B restaurant but when I went there I found out that 

B.I.G Ben's Independent Grocer is not just a grocer store!! They even have many types restaurant in there OMG! Saliva dropping 

Main Entrance

I saw this !! OMG luxury canned food!! 

First stop is to Ben's General Food Store

Attracted to what they are offering  They offer many types of salad and it looks kinda yummy!

They even offered Orecchiette pasta!

Orecchiette pasta again wah~~ But I din't order it hahaha..

 Portobello mushroom is my main dish and it comes with a free salad I order seafood salad "I forget the actual salad name". Don't underestimate the Portobello mushroom it makes me super duper full! I like the Portobello mushroom is taste mushroom-my lol....the seafood salad taste grill.. not really fancy the taste but the prawn are fresh enough!

Bf order half chicken and it comes with two salad to choose so I want to order the brinjal salad and he order a baked potatoes  salad "really cant recall the salad real name" The brinjal salad taste so good it have the  fusion taste lolzzz..."taste like chinese style brinjal but it is cold".

Overall  I'm satisfied witht the price and the food they offered, definitely going back and try their pizza next time...hehehehehe

Next stop is S.Wine Cafe ( This is the other week lunch ) it is located inside and deeper in the B.I.G Ben's Independent Grocer do explore it  your self..hahahah  Really hard to find a cafe that offers swine in all of their man course.

S.wine cafe they are so 'creative' if you remove the "." it will be SWINE which is pig!! lol and s.wine cafe also offers wine.
